How to Become Catholic
A person is brought into full communion with the Catholic Church through reception of the three sacraments of Christian initiation baptism, confirmation, and the holy Eucharist. A person who is baptized in the Catholic Church becomes a Catholic at that moment.
CLOTHING, SYMBOLS AND ICONS
- Clothing: Many Catholic women wear some kind of veil or head covering. Some wear a head covering only at Mass. Others feel called to wear a head covering at other times during the day, as well as at Mass. Also The moral law requires all women to wear the veil on their hearts.
Icons: Catholic icon are pictures or images of holy figures like the saints Mary, Jesus and other religious figures, in the form of a painting
Food and Drink: Catholics have no diet and are allowed to eat anything they want. There are a few days, Ash Wednesday and Good Friday when Catholics must fast and restrain from eating meat. catholics drink whine because it resembles the blood of Jesus Christ.
